What the platform is

Mitly is a technology platform for lawful, non-sexual public social planning. The platform provides digital tools for profiles, communication, and public-plan request workflows, while users act independently.

Mitly does not provide companionship, dating, escort, adult, sexual, private-meeting, transportation, safety, or real-world services, and does not guarantee availability, conduct, compatibility, attendance, or outcomes between users.

The platform does not permit prostitution, escorting, sexual services, sexually explicit services, pay-for-sex arrangements, erotic services, fetish services, or any public-plan request intended to result in sexual conduct or sexual gratification.

What can get you permanently banned

Permanent banning may occur for sexual solicitation, fake identity, unsafe behavior, fraud, harassment, blackmail, coercion, threats, or misuse of platform tools.

Violations of the Terms, Safety Guidelines, or Companion Rules may also result in suspension, removal, or further action where appropriate.

Companions act independently and are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Mitly.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of your profile, your communications, your conduct, your legal compliance, and your safety decisions.

Mitly may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or platform integrity.

Conduct and platform compliance

All interactions must remain lawful, respectful, and non-sexual. Harassment, threats, coercion, scams, impersonation, or deceptive conduct are prohibited.
